2. Purpose of the website and services

The website provides general information about HELEN’s services: obtaining residence permits in Andorra, company formation and additional administrative support.

Website materials do not replace individual legal, tax or other professional advice. Whether the information applies depends on the circumstances of each case and the requirements in force.

Sending an enquiry through the form does not in itself create a contract for services. The scope of work, fees, payment arrangements and timescales are agreed separately with the client.

3. Rules of use

Users must use the website lawfully, avoid disrupting its operation, refrain from sending malware or spam, and not attempt to gain unauthorised access to data or systems. HELEN may take proportionate measures to protect the website and temporarily restrict access during technical work or where misuse is detected.

4. Information and third-party resources

HELEN takes reasonable measures to keep website materials up to date. However, legislation, requirements and administrative practice may change. Before making decisions based on the website, you should check the information as it applies to your circumstances.

External links are provided for users’ convenience. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of the content or services of the relevant resource. The owners of third-party websites are responsible for their content and operating rules in accordance with applicable law.

5. Outcomes and liability

HELEN provides services within the scope agreed with the client. Decisions on permits and other administrative matters are made by the competent authorities; decisions on opening accounts are made by banks. HELEN does not guarantee a favourable decision or timescales that depend on those parties.

Processing times and outcomes may depend on the completeness of documents, the applicant’s circumstances and the requirements of the relevant authority. This provision does not remove HELEN’s contractual obligations.

Uninterrupted and completely error-free operation of the website is not guaranteed. The terms on this page do not exclude or limit HELEN’s liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the texts, images, names and other website materials belong to HELEN or the respective rights holders. They may be used with the rights holder’s permission or where permitted by law. Sending an enquiry through the website does not in itself give HELEN permission to publish documents or use them for advertising.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of enquiries and visitors’ data is described in the Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and managing your choices is provided in the Cookie Policy. Acknowledging the website terms does not replace separate consent where it is required for a particular processing activity.

8. Applicable law

Use of the website is governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Disputes are heard by the competent courts under the applicable rules of jurisdiction. Mandatory safeguards and rights granted to users by applicable law remain in force.
